What We See On The Beaches Chimneys
Water is what kills a chimney in this neighbourhood. Rain that arrives sideways gets past a cracked crown or a missing cap, soaks into the brick, and then freeze-thaw does the rest over the winter.

Do you charge to come out to The Beaches?
No. The 19-point inspection at your home is free, and you get the photos and the report whether or not you go ahead with any work.
Will the sweep make a mess in my house?
No. Floors and the fireplace area are covered before any tool comes out, the vacuum runs while we sweep, and the area is left the way we found it — or cleaner.
Do you work Saturdays and Sundays?
Yes. Every day, 7:00–22:00, at the same price as a weekday.
