What We See On The Annex & Seaton Village Chimneys
Most of these homes were built with a couple of fireplaces and a furnace flue all running up one chimney. Each flue has to be checked on its own — one can be perfectly sound while the one beside it is breaking up, and that is exactly what the camera finds.
Plenty of them are divided into flats now, so we plan access and protection for a shared hallway or stairwell before anything comes through the door.
