A Chimney Company Built On Doing The Work Properly
Northmark is a chimney services company serving homeowners across Toronto and the GTA. One trade, done well: chimneys — cleaned, inspected, repaired and maintained. We explain what we see in plain language, price before we work, and leave every home the way we found it. Or cleaner.

No Pressure. No Guesswork. No Shortcuts.
A chimney is not a place for improvisation. Every visit follows the same discipline: protect the home, do the work properly, show the homeowner exactly what we found, and put it in writing.
WETT-Certified
Our work is carried out by a WETT-certified technician — the Wood Energy Technology Transfer certification Canadian insurers and home inspectors recognise.
No Guesswork
Every visit starts with a look — inside the flue with a camera — and you see the photos.
No Pressure
If something doesn’t need fixing, we say so. You decide what happens next.
No Shortcuts
We use quality materials and stand behind them: every job carries a warranty on materials and labour.

What Every Toronto Homeowner Should Know
Four things we explain on almost every visit.
Your Chimney Is A Safety System
It carries smoke and combustion gases out of your living space. When it works, you never think about it.
Water Is Masonry’s Worst Enemy
It gets in through small gaps — then Toronto’s freeze-thaw cycles do the damage.
Creosote Builds Up Every Season
Burning wood leaves it in the flue. Removing it keeps the chimney venting the way it should.
Most Problems Can’t Be Seen From The Ground
A proper look finds small issues while they are still small — and still cheap.
